About FONUR

Friends of Northeastern University Rugby is the alumni association of the Northeastern University rugby club, the Maddogs. We keep former players, families and supporters connected to the club and to each other.

What we do

• Support the team. Alumni donations pay for travel, kit, coaching courses and the player hardship fund, so that no one misses out on rugby because of cost.
• Bring people together. Homecoming, the annual dinner, city happy hours and reunions throughout the year.
• Keep the history. The family tree records every player since 1984, and the Hall of Fame honors the club’s greatest teams.

Get involved

The alumni committee meets once a month and is always looking for volunteers: event hosts, class representatives, and anyone with photos or records from the early years.
