A one-point win at UMass, 21–20, after a missed dropkick on the final play.
The Maddogs traveled to Amherst for a battle with UMass. It was a nervy ending, with UMass pounding the ball down the field in the final minute, but a missed dropkick out of bounds ended the match for a Maddog win by one point, 21–20! It wasn’t pretty, but we’ll take it, and take a 4–0 record to Tufts on Saturday at 6pm at Bello Field in Medford.
